Dental Implants
Natural-Looking Tooth Replacement
A dental implant is composed of three parts: the titanium implant that is placed into the bone, an abutment that allows for the crown to connect to the implant, and finally, the crown which is placed over the abutment to resemble a natural-looking tooth or teeth.
In some cases, implants can be placed the same day that a tooth is extracted. This is called an
“immediate implant”.
State-of-the-Art Technology
Haye Dental Group uses state-of-the-art CBCT imaging to create a 3D image of the implant site. A CBCT image, along with a surgical guide, provides precise placement of the implant to allow for maximum success of the implant.
Implants can be used in cases of a single missing tooth, multiple missing teeth (implant bridge) and also to create stability for a denture or partial, which is referred to as an “overdenture”.
Each tooth plays an important role in your overall function and quality of life. If you have a missing tooth or a poorly fitting denture and would like more information on dental implants, please contact us!
